Have you been psyopped into taking literal rat poison known as Cholecalciferol, that will ultimately lead to internal bleeding or organ failure?

Cholecalciferol or synthetic Vitamin D3 accumulates into your liver, and will spike your calcium levels which can cause liver or heart problems, and can result in premature death.

Some research has stated it has to be in larger quantities to be harmful to humans but if accumulation occurs over time it may cause these adverse effects.   Personally I do not want to take the chance.  

Sunshine is the best source of vitamin D.
