DARPA document from March 23rd 2018 called "Next-Generation Non-Surgical Neurotechnology" which describes literal technological possession tech and how they can inoculate people with the self-assembling nano-tech via injections, nasal administration (COVID tests anyone) and control it from a distance with ultrasound, magnetic fields, electric fields, and RF.
Already has successful experiments on rats, primates, etc. Think they aren't experimenting on humans too?
