DOJ Releases ‘All’ Epstein Files | 300 Names

Exposing Over Frank Bergman | SlayNews.com

Attorney General Pam Bondi has announced that the Department of Justice (DOJ) has just released “all” [ya right!?] Jeffrey Epstein files, exposing over 300 high-profile names and marking a major development in the long-running effort to uncover the full scope of the convicted child predator’s network.

The Epstein Files have now been made public in compliance with Section 3 of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

The announcement came in a formal letter addressed to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Ranking Member Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Ranking Member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD).

“In accordance with the requirements of the Act… the Department released all ‘records, documents, communications and investigative materials in the possession of the Department’ that ‘relate to’ any of nine different categories,” the letter states.

Hundreds of High-Profile Names Appear in Disclosed Materials

The disclosure includes more than 300 prominent names, spanning politics, entertainment, business, and global public life.

Among those referenced are Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Prince Harry, Bill Gates, Nancy Pelosi, George Soros, Woody Allen, Kim Kardashian, Kurt Cobain, Mark Zuckerberg, and Bruce Springsteen.

Under the statute, the list includes individuals who:

   • Are or were government officials or politically exposed persons, and

   • Appear at least once within the released Epstein-related files.

The Justice Department emphasized that names appear in widely varying contexts.

Some individuals had direct email contact with Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell, while others were referenced only in documents such as press reports unrelated on their face to Epstein’s criminal conduct.

The department further stated:

“No records were withheld or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary.”

Scope of the Released Records

According to the letter, the materials encompass an expansive range of evidence and internal government records, including:

   • Files tied to Epstein and Maxwell investigations and prosecutions

   • References to individuals connected to Epstein’s activities, including government officials

   • Civil settlements, plea agreements, immunity deals, and sealed legal arrangements

   • Documents concerning organizations and networks linked to trafficking or financial operations

   • Internal DOJ emails, memos, and meeting notes on investigative and charging decisions

   • Records related to possible destruction or concealment of evidence

   • Materials surrounding Epstein’s detention and death, including incident reports, witness interviews, and medical examiner findings

The department reiterated that no information was withheld for political or reputational reasons.

Redactions Limited to Victim Protection and Active Investigations

Officials acknowledged that the disclosure required an extensive redaction process, conducted in consultation with victims and their legal counsel.

Redactions were applied only to:

   • Personally identifiable victim information

   • Sensitive medical or evidentiary records that could affect ongoing investigations or prosecutions

   • Graphic material depicting death, abuse, or physical injury [so a lot of info missing]

The department added that any missing names from the public list are unintentional and stem from the speed and volume of compliance with the transparency law.

Individuals whose identities remain redacted for law-enforcement-sensitive reasons were not included.

Transparency Push Intensifies Scrutiny of Epstein Network

Bondi’s confirmation that all qualifying Epstein records have now been released represents one of the most sweeping federal disclosures tied to the disgraced financier’s global trafficking operation.

With hundreds of influential figures referenced across the files, and new details emerging about investigative decisions, legal agreements, and Epstein’s death [alleged], the document release is expected to intensify congressional scrutiny and public demands for full accountability.

The case has now become one of the most consequential criminal scandals in modern history.
