Another excellent video from Ricardo Delgado in which he discusses the presence of the graphene, but also how this will interact with 5G and enable control of people’s minds and emotions since the graphene crosses the blood brain barrier into the neurons of the brain, which can then be accessed and controlled remotely. He believes the reason much of the outside electricity in European countries is to be turned off is to allow more power for these cells towers emitting these waves. He calls it genocide with the media fully cooperating with the governmental agencies and the government. Re mind and emotional control: a family member has pointed out that the areas in which the log queues are forming in London, where people are standing for hours, is heavily populated with cell towers. The question is being asked, could it possibly be that these people’s minds are being remotely controlled, as Ricardo points out it is possible to do? Could this be a big experiment?
