Are HPV Vaccines dangerous for boys?
There are some interesting cases in VAERS.
Do pediatricians or family doctors discuss these risks with their patients? I would bet none of them do.
14-year-old Christopher Eugene Bunch received Gardasil HPV vaccine at routine doctor's visit and died six weeks later
“On June 29, 2018, Christopher Bunch received the Gardasil vaccine at a routine doctor’s visit.
Within two and half weeks, he started complaining of a sore throat, and by July 31, he was complaining about a terrible sore throat and headache. (Sore throats and headaches are listed on the Gardasil 9 vaccine insert at common adverse effects.)
On August 1, his mother, Destiny, took him to express care where he tested negative for strep throat. He was sent home with instructions to treat the symptoms.
Christopher was checked into the emergency room, and blood work was ordered quickly. From there, his health rapidly deteriorated. He was piercing his lips together and fidgeting with his fingers trying to take off his oxygen monitor.
He wasn’t really speaking but would nod and give a thumbs up. His blood work came back and it showed that he had an elevated white blood cell count. Since there were no other signs of bacterial or viral infection or illness, Christopher was sent to Iowa City Children’s Hospital for further testing. When Christopher arrived at Iowa City Children’s Hospital, they immediately ordered more blood work, a CT Scan, an MRI, and a spinal tap.
The tests revealed that Christopher’s brain was swelling and that he had lesions on his brain. Destiny and the doctors went over his last couple of months in detail to try and pinpoint the reason for swelling and lesions. The only thing that was different was that he had received the Gardasil vaccine.
On Friday, August 10, Christopher was moved to the PICU as he needed more observation and medical attention. His neurologist explained that they were diagnosing him with Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) and, given his medical history, he was “100% sure that the HPV vaccination caused the ADEM for Christopher… “The week of August 6, Christopher started football practice. After practice, he showered and slept until the following afternoon when it was time for practice again. Thinking that Christopher was dehydrated from practice and the heat, he was encouraged to eat and drink. After dinner, he went back to sleep.
On August 8, after several attempts to wake Christopher, his mother decided he needed to see a doctor and headed to Trinity Medical Center. On the way to the hospital, Christopher was disoriented and said he felt very confused.
By Saturday, August 11, Christopher ‘s health became even more unstable and he stopped breathing on his own. His doctors told his family that they were unsure what the quality of his life would be if he recovered given the level of brain damage that had occurred from the massive amount of brain swelling.
On August 12, the doctors decided that in order to give Christopher the best chance of survival, they had to remove a portion of his skull to relieve the pressure caused by the swelling. His family was told that they would have to wait for two days to see if he had brain function.
On Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 11 AM, doctors tested Christopher to see the level of activity in his brain. At 11:20 AM, Destiny, and his father, Elijah, were given the news that their precious baby boy was brain dead. Destiny and Elijah made a decision that no parent should ever have to make. They decided to unhook their son from life support.

On December 5, 2003, Christopher Bunch was born into this world. He weighed eight pounds and one ounce and was absolutely perfect. Christopher quickly captured the heart of his parents, older brother, and family. Everyone who met Christopher was instantly drawn in with his beautiful bright blue eyes, his outgoing personality, and his ability to light up the room. Christopher excelled in athletics, playing baseball and football, and was an exceptional student with a 3.9 GPA. He was an incredible son, the best brother you could ever ask for, and a supportive friend and boyfriend. Everyone loved Christopher. He was creative, kind, compassionate, and hilarious. He had a knack for making YouTube videos and described himself as “a kid from a small town trying to make it big.”
Sadly, Christopher passed on August 14, 2018, from a severe form of Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM), a rare inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system which his doctors confirmed was caused by the HPV vaccination he had received earlier that summer.

VAERS 405821 – 15 year old boy (New Jersey) had Gardasil on Aug.30, 2010 and died suddenly while playing hockey on Sep. 27, 2010 (4 weeks later).
VAERS 421582 – 17 year old boy had Gardasil Nov. 1, 2010 and died from sudden cardiac death on the lacrosse field 5 months later on April 1, 2011.
VAERS 437999 – 18 year old boy (Ohio) got Gardasil 2nd dose on July 22, 2011 and committed suicide by hanging on July 27, 2011. “The patient had no medical history,” “physician also reported that there was no indication from the patient that he was troubled,” “Toxicology screen indicated that there were no medications involved in the patient’s death.”
VAERS 457904 – 14 year old boy (Wisconsin) had Gardasil on Apr. 2, 2012 and June 4, 2012. On June 7, 2012 he shot himself in the head. “Physician stated this young male was happy go lucky, healthy, and never had any psychiatric issues in the past.”
VAERS 510130 – 14 year old boy (California) had 2nd Gardasil vaccine on Aug.19, 2013. “Victim was found unresponsive/cardiac arrest in bed at home in the morning of Aug. 20, 2013 (next day). Autopsy showed cause of death was myocarditis.”
VAERS 515434 – 16 year old boy (Louisiana) had Gardasil on May 23, 2013. He died 6 weeks later on July 4, 2013. “Sudden death. He was perfectly healthy. This vaccination is the only thing I can think of that would have caused this. Everything else in his life was normal, the same.”
