Who is ready for some good news? It is so important to highlight the wins as it will encourage and embolden more Canadians to take a stand. We have guaranteed God-given inalienable rights in Canada!

Enough of the bullying into submission. It is time to stand your ground and say “No more! I will not consent, I will not comply, I will not give in to government corruption and overreach!”

Success Story:  Cross-border Travel NOL – Marian

Marian courageously and successfully defended his right to enter Canada “without delay or hindrance!” He remained calm, cool and collected because he took the time to educate himself and was prepared with a Notice of Liability to serve any official attempting to interfere with his guaranteed right to return to Canada. Because of his knowledge and refusal to consent, Marian was waved on and free to go!

Congratulations Marion. You are a man of integrity fighting for the rights of all Canadians.

Remo on the Move at Vancouver Airport

If it wasn’t so sad it would be funny.

Pay close attention when Remo gets to the final Customs check point before exiting. Remo advises them that he does not have the ArriveCan information and the Border Services Agent yells out, “one for testing.” Remo advises them that he does not consent and he is then ushered towards closed doors on the left, while the compliant passenger/sheeple are herded through the open doors on the right.

You think… what scary things will happen to Remo behind door #2 only to find out that he ends up walking side by side with the sheeples, separated only by a retractable divider.

Fear and intimidation is all that they have. Fines are being dismissed in court because they are being issued in violation of our constitutional rights.

Not everyone is succeeding because there are those who are power tripping and enjoy making your life miserable but hold the line friends, keep pushing back and together we will dismantle this ridiculous agenda!

A4C Another Travel Success Story: JV

Travel internationally with confidence using Action4Canada’s travel guidelines and Notice of Liability. An Action4Canada member courageously and successfully defended his right to enter Canada “without delay or hindrance” and you can too!

The ArriveCan App description in the App Store, clearly states: “Travellers with a right to enter Canada, such as Canadian citizens, Canadian permanent residents and persons registered under the Indian Act, will not be denied boarding of their flight or entry to Canada if they do not use ArriveCAN, but may be required to test on day 1 and day 8, quarantine for 14 days, and face fines.”

JV showed the above description at all the airline ArriveCan checkpoints before boarding all his flights. In addition, JV told the airline operatives that the denial of him boarding the plane would violate his civil rights and freedoms as a Canadian citizen. Read more about JV’s strategy…

International and Domestic Travel, Cross Border, Mobility Rights

Knowledge is Power!

You can’t get too much of a good thing when it comes to feeding your brain a continuous supply of facts and information that will assist you in dealing with bullying and intimidation techniques. The rule of law, the Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Supreme Court rulings supersede inflammatory and fake rules founded on lies.

Tanya and Remo Gaita discuss travel: cross border; International; and domestic; as well as Action4Canada’s newest Notice of Liability related to mobility rights. A very informative and helpful session with practical tips, and advice on what to expect when returning to Canada.

Remember: Freedom of speech, thought, belief and the right to life, liberty and security of the person are guaranteed. We do not need to beg, barter or ask for them…they are ours for the taking.

God bless you and God bless Canada!
