"LATEST" Page Not Loading First Time = Please Reload Page Until The Articles Appear

When selecting the LATEST page, a blank list may appear on the screen instead of all artilces listed in order.  (shown in image above).  

To load the page properly, please click reload, on your web browser or click the "LATEST' button in the menu or on the main page until the page loads properly.  It may take one or several clicks to load.

We are working on this issue.   For now, please reload the page until it shows the latest articles.
